Crossing the Great Barrier 21st to 26th April 2013
“Great Barriers to Missions” is an opportunity to experience God in a new way. There will be a camp on Great Barrier Island in April to explore some of the myths, truths and half truths of missions.
What will we do? “Some of the barriers we will explore together are; guidance, trusting God with our personal rights, courageous discipleship and God’s faithfulness in our journey. There will be time to share your experiences of God’s grace and guidance. This will be a very relaxed time with plenty of space to wander the beach, swim, think, chat, and pray. Activites
Swimming, surfing, fishing, tramping, diving and exploring Great Barrier Island (depending on the weather).
Cost of Camp
$120 Includes food and accomodation but not travel to the Island.
Getting there
Sealink boat leaves Auckland $85 return. Flights are with Flymysky, leaving from Auckland Domestic Airport. ($76 to $124 each way.)
